Your tasks

• Design and build AI-enhanced software products using modern cloud services and frameworks (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain).
• Implement practical solutions using Large Language Models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or pre-trained services for classification, search, or automation.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and customer teams to identify where AI adds real value.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and integrate AI features into robust, production-grade software.
• Lead technical discussions, mentor peers, and contribute to our applied AI engineering practices.

Your qualifications

• Software Engineering: Several years of experience in software engineering (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or similar).
• Applied AI Experience: Hands-on experience applying AI services in real-world applications (e.g., LLMs, NLP APIs, cognitive services).
• Cloud Know-How: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and experience deploying AI-driven features in production environments.
• Data Handling: Solid understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• User-focused: Passion for building high-quality software and delivering meaningful user outcomes with AI.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
