What You Will Achieve

In this role, you can expect to:

• Develop AI-driven applications using Java, Python, and cutting-edge backend frameworks.
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering techniques to fine-tune Large Language Model (LLM) outputs, ensuring technical robustness and precision.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks specifically for LLM response quality, including unit tests, integration tests, and regression checks.
• Architect data pipelines to preprocess and manage extensive datasets used for prompt tuning and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) setups.
• Integrate vector search systems (e.g., FAISS) and other retrieval mechanisms to support RAG methodologies.
• Build scalable and reproducible infrastructure for model training, deployment, and continuous evaluation, leveraging containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms.
• Utilize open-source frameworks and libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow) to enhance model performance and deployment workflows.
  
  
  

Skills & Experience

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• An advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• Extensive hands-on experience with prompt engineering, including techniques such as few-shot learning, chain-of-thought prompting, and prompt tuning.
• Proven expertise in training, fine-tuning, and optimizing pre-trained LLMs using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Solid experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies and integrating vector search technologies.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks to ensure robust model evaluation.
• In-depth knowledge of scalable deployment strategies, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
• JAVA Development Skills are considered an advantage, e.g. using frameworks like Spring-Boot with Spring-AI.
